Deaf Day at Busch Gardens

Saturday, September 18th, Busch Gardens is offering half-off admission prices for the hearing impaired as well as their guests.
Sign-Language Interpreters will be available throughout the day to interpret the various shows and live entertainment Busch Gardens has to offer. A tentative schedule is listed below.
Guest Relations is situated inside the turnstiles on the left hand side as you enter. Guests with disabilities are welcome to stop by Guest Relations for any assistance they require.

State to Unveil New Prescription Discount Plan
The St. Petersburg Times this morning reported that Governor Crist has announced the launch of a new statewide prescription drug discount plan (read the St. Pete Times article here).

According to the article, eligible citizens will include people under 60 years old who fall under 300% of the federal poverty level who do not have prescription drug coverage; people over the age of 60 with no drug coverage, regardless of income; and people covered under Medicare Part D who have reached the initial coverage limit, or "doughnut hole".
